“A Room with a View”
A 40 minute easy commute from Rome San Pietro this perfectly situated Villa between the train station and the beach was a great choice for a vacation in the small town of Santa Marinella. A friendly run Villa made it a relaxing and pleasant stay. Would I stay again? Indubitably......

“Loved the place and hosts”
The location is great-right in front of the commercial sandy beach. Although access to the beach itself is rather expensive-about 25 euro per person a day. Facility offers free breakfast, which is sufficient to start the day. The hosts are warm and welcoming.

“Weekend at the beach”
Very nice owner, helpful, gave me advice on the trains and local beach, possible to leave the luggage after check out, Italian breakfast offered even though it is not mentioned in the booking conditions. Room comfortable, however quite small. Amazing view over the sea from a big terrace. Comfortable bed, air conditioning. Beautiful garden and nice surrounding to eat breakfast.

“Great”
The staff were excellent and super helpful. The man and young lady at breakfast were so accommodating and generous! Breakfasts were amazing, the rooms were very clean with great aircon and a great location to the beach!

“Wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting.”
Was my first visit to Santa Marinella and this hotel was lovely and provided the perfect location, especially as I traveled by train, so the station was close and I could walk easily to the beach and points of interest in the downtown area. My room was spacious and I enjoyed its large terrace with views to the beaches and sea. Family who manage the property were very accommodating and helpful.

“A nice location to relax”
Breakfast was excellent and delicious, we were surprised that 2 cappuccinos were included, in Greece, for example, you always pay for them. There are private beaches just crossing the road and one tiny public beach on the corner. The sea was very clean. The room was comfortable, and the area was not too noisy. Our room had a balcony on the sea, we enjoyed it!
