“Elegance”
Elegant boutique bed and breakfast with ample free parking just a few minutes walk from the sea and a few good restaurants. Wonderful breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and kind host. Drove us to train station on departure. Lovely small private pool and whirlpool in garden.

“A perfect Roman holiday stay - we wouldn't stay anywhere else when we come back”
Massimiliano was the perfect host from first communication to saying goodbye - he's a kind, welcoming man who obviously cares about what he does. He has created a wonderful home - the building is beautiful, the facilities and outdoor seating are lovely. We didn't use the pool in the end but it looked very clean and the outdoor area looked really nicely maintained by the friendly gardener. Our room had a gorgeous private terrace which caught the morning sun. The ceilings are nice and high, the bed was the comfiest we slept in in Italy, and the AC was a bonus when it got particularly hot. Breakfast was so big we couldn't eat half of it, and had both savoury and sweet options, along with fresh fruit and coffee. We wish we could have stayed so much longer!

Location was prime reason to choose this property. The property is well kept and conveniently located, just 300 m from seaside. Room was spacious. In season there are a lot of dining options around.

“Slept in a glamouros villa.”
The villa is located directly on the SS1, yet you feel like you are in the middle of a quiet residential area. The sea is just a few steps away, with some very good restaurants within walking distance. The host is an attentive man whose family lives in the lower rooms of the villa. Upstairs are the (secure) individual rooms with a shared kitchen and a great terrace for breakfast. Guests can use the garden with pool, as well as numerous individual seating areas. Great accommodation for one night or more.

Absolutely beautiful villa, renovated with great care and attention to every little detail. Massimiliano was an outstanding host — welcoming, helpful, and full of excellent local tips. He even kindly picked us up from the train station when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and our kids loved the thoughtful little surprise waiting for them each day. We truly had a fantastic stay at Villa Emanuelle and would happily return anytime!

“The royal chamber”
We were greeted with kindless and usedul tips by Massimiliano. We loved exceptional breakfast with a range of local and savoury products and espresso machine in the room. For the facility, we enjoyed spacious room with high ceiling and common terrace area where we relaxed during the evenings.

“Super good place to stay”
The host was super friendly and very helpfull! The pool and hot tub area was beautyfull and good for relaxing. Beds and pillows were comfortable and air conditioning was working well. The breakfast was best I ever had in Italy and the breakfast room outside in the terrace was cozy.
