Great spot for a short stay. Easy access to Rome and the airport. Relaxed and very local environment. Andrea and Isabelle are lovely.

Everything! Andrea was extremely helpful and provided a lift to and from the train station, gave me a tour of Santa Marinella including main attractions, places to eat and visit, a tour of the property upon arrival and a welcome pack of items which were more than sufficient for my stay. Key attractions for me were the rooftop terrace and views of the sunset - both of which were excellent. Bicycles were provided, which meant it was easy to explore and travel locally without a car. A convenience store and cafe were within 10 mins walk and that provided everything I'd need

“Beach Front Apartment only an hour out of Rome - INCREDIBLE!”

Andrea and Isabella have created a very comfortable and accommodating short term rental accommodation that is conveniently located to the autostrada and the beach. Carparking is free and onsite. The beach is literally just across the road. The view from the second floor apartment is amazing (and you can see the sunset from the roof top and the dining room window!). The township of Santa Marinella itself is a few (3) kilometers away and easy to bus/drive to, though a 30 minute walk would be quite easy. In summer the small area designated to the condomenium allows guests to use a beach umbrella at no charge (which is a bonus). Or you could opt to pay about 30 euro's to use the ones at the Little Paradise beach club. We ate lunch there and it was nice, a bit expensive, but a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sea and a bit of people watching. It's the closest place to get your daily coffee from, too. The apartment itself is lovely and very well equipped. The roof-top is huge, and has a couple of lie-low chairs and a plastic table if you wanted to eat alfresco. We used a fold out bed, as we had our teenage daughter with us...she was very comfortable. Heaps of good quality crockery and cutlery and a welcome pack with detergent, sponge, shampoo, soap and towels. We felt very much at home and would return in a flash. the hosts and views were excellent. lovely sunsets from the roof top terrace. there was a very spacious living area. great stove top and oven. the beach and some good restaurants were very close by

Both Andrea and his place were more than what we expected… Santa Marinella was our last place to stay in our 10 days Italy trip. My mum and I live the opposite sides of the world so we hadn’t seen each other for a while. Sunset apartment wasn’t just a nice place to stay but definitely gave us unforgettable memory and experience. Andrea was super kind and went beyond always. He always offered help and showed us around the area. He was very kind and friendly so he made our stay even better. It was raining a little when we arrived so we were a bit sad but that ended up not bothering us at all thanks to the great host and the place! We made pancakes for breakfast and had it on the terrace with the great view. We will definitely come back here. If you are going to Santa Marinella I would 100% recommend Sunset Apartment! Thank you so much for the great experience!!
