“A beautiful stay in a rare gem”

The view from the main two bedrooms is breathtaking. The terrace on the roof is beautiful and such a nice place to eat or relax in the evening. The beds were really comfy, air con worked really well, as we had some lovely weather. Great communication about check in. Location, a minutes walk from a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful terrace area!! Our host was very helpful and quick to respond. 4 minute walk to the station made it really easy to get into Rome for a day trip. Beautiful seafood restaurants in town, all within walking distance. It was a beautiful old building close to everything.

Loved the roof terrace and location of the property just 2 minutes from train station. Stayed here before joining cruise ship, super convenient. Washing machine added bonus

This property is really amazing for Santa Marinella. Great location, nice spacious insides, and very very clean. Francesca the host is extra attentive and friendly. Even though we had some problems on arrival to the area, she was always messaging and willing to find help for us.

“A beautiful apartment in a lovely seaside town, with an excellent host”

The apartment was in a great location, close to the beach, train stations and the town. It was well decorated, comfortable and clean. The roof terrace was beautiful, we spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the views. Our host was very attentive, always available and helped us organise a transfer to the airport.

Everything was brilliant! The villa is really nice and has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view. Perfect contact with the owner, nothing more to say - totally recommended!

One of the most amazing apartments I have stayed at in Italy. The building is dreamy, location is perfect and the host is so helpful, friendly, and welcoming! Already missing the amazing terrace and beautiful sandy beach!

The location is great! Very close to the beach. The terrace is amazing too. Francesca was very lovely and helpful. Kitchen was equiped with basic stuff such as salt, olive oil, pepper, bread, etc. We had an amazing time!

This place was perfect authentic rustic spotless Owner was amazing . We booked for 2 nights before our cruise. And anyone going on a cruise Boothis gem of a place 5 mins to train to port Perfect

We stayed a week in this beautiful appartment and had a fantastic time. Everything is exactly as described. From the roof terrace we enjoyed the fantastic view of the beach and the sea. Shops, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance, but the street itself is really quiet. The beach is close, and the water is very clear.

The property is really nice, with a fantastic terrace and a good location in the village. Two of the bedrooms are large, with comfortable double beds and lots of space. Kitchen is small but well equipped, living room also fairly small but big enough (and you'll want to use the terrace as much as possible!). Trains station is five minutes walk, with regular trains to Rome which take about an hour. In October the beach is public so it was nice for a walk or swimming. Local restaurants are also five minutes walk away.

Absolutely stunning view from a spacy and nice terrace. Cllean and comfortable appartment (including comfy beds) with all that is needed for a perfect stay. Really nice fish restaurants closeby and a real "local" feeling. No problems with the hand over of keys eventhough our plane was very late. We would very much like to go back and will give our best recommendations.
