“Excellent apartment near to Rome”
The host was extremely friendly and waited for us to arrive as we were delayed. The property was modern and had everything we needed. It had several balconies which would be great in slightly better weather than we had. It was also just a 15 minute walk to the train station to get into Rome. The showers were excellent too. We would definitely stay again.

“excellent”
The property was excellent for 3 adults and 2 children and the owners very welcoming. They left wine and coffee and the washing machine was a real bonus with 2 children. We were able to arrive early and the owner arranged a taxi for our departure flights. We found there was an excellent supermarket close by and ate a wonderful dinner in the local hotel by the beach one evening.

“very clean nice apartment just a bit frustrating”
easy to find but no available car parking as promised. key was not in lockbox had to wait for cleaner to get in. iron didnt work. then whole apartment had black out. no tea coffee supplied.

“Top location for a short stay in santa Marinella”
Very close to the seaside and in the center of the village. The apartment is modern, fresh style , great terrace , with balcony also, befrooms spacious and luminous, love the ambient. The owners are very friendly , nice couple . They had a bottle of wine for us, some fruits and coffee and pastry . We felt at home !!!

“Stay at La Casa del Sol”
Good location. Very clean and roomy. Diego was great in meeting us there. Place not quite ready, but helped take the luggage up to the condo. Very responsive.

Beautiful house above gellato bar and cafe, close to restaurants. Big, spacious rooms, bathrooms and balconies. Well equipped and confortable

“Wonderful place”
Everything was really great and the icecream bar downstairs was totally wonderful. The 4 balconies was a great bonus and I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay close to Rome by the sea.

“Apartment was only 20 minutes from the train station walk”
Had everything we needed, except for a corkscrew and it would’ve been nice if there’s a couple of sunbeds on one of the balconies to stretch out on in the sunshine
