“Great stay”
Very friendly host and personnel. Great room with large balcony. Breakfast very good. Separately served dinner also very fine. Beautiful location with nice sea view. Peaceful. Within easy reach of Santa Severa, with beautiful beaches.

“Beautiful Surprise”
I've been in Santa Marinella for many years but this was an authentic discovery, the view is breathtaking and provides a sense of calm and relaxation. Claudio and his wife are very kind and make you feel at home. Their breakfast is simple and genuine with local and home made products such as jams and cheese. The rooms are simple but clean, the bathroom has a good hairdryer and good shover. On the corridor there is a fridge that customers can use to store their purchases.

“A beautiful house with lovely views, easy to access the sightseeing in Rome and the Vatican”
This accommodation was gorgeous, right in the middle of the countryside with a beautiful view but easily within reach of a town. We specifically wanted to visit the Vatican, Claudio was so kind and organised for us to have a tour with his friend and that was fantastic, so thank you so much. The train journey into the Vatican was also very simple, low cost and quick which was brilliant. Lovely breakfast too :)

“Great and very hospitable place to stay”
Very beautiful location. The front rooms with seaside view and a balcony are definitely the best. The view is superb. The location is in the hills and is a bit remote. Breakfast is complete, with both sweet and salted components. During our stay, the weather was good, so we could always sit outside on the terrace. From Thursday till Sunday, dinner is available, using fresh ingredients and original recipes, and cooked with the help of Rebecca, our host’s daughter. Definitely recommended. For us, hospitality reached its absolute top, after we had a problem with our car. No effort was too much for our hosts, Claudio and his wife, in helping us during the days our car was in repair. Absolutely fantastic! Santa Marinella is a good place for shopping, but the beaches were too crowded for us and too noisy. A much better place is Santa Severa, just a few km to the east. Beautiful white sand beaches, not too busy, no beach music, plenty of space, many free beaches, and also very safe for small children in the western part with its half-moon shaped beaches. And nearby a few good restaurants, especially l’Isola del Pescatore

Exceptionally beautiful location. Perfectly tranquil with fantastic views. The accommodations were clean and comfortable but basic. This suited us well. We ate dinner and enjoyed the delicious meal on the terrace.

The place is amazing.... definitely recommend to anyone who would like to stay close by Rome and sea side. If you travel by car this is the most beautiful place to stay in Santa Marinella....by the sea which is so near by the other places like Ladispoli or Passoscuro. Plus is so close to Fiumicino airport. Great owner, very plesent and really good breakfast. Go there stay and enjoy yourself.....
