Great location on the beach. Not much in Santa Marinella but the hotel and staff were amazing. Right on the beach rooms clean and tidy.

“No fuss just chill out hotel”
We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The hotel has an excellent entrance directly out to the beach that has sunbeds and umbrellas included in your hotel room price available. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is also only 15mins by foot to the very picturesque town of Santa Marinella. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Great stay!”
The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was fabulous to swim in, especially the beach around the corner from the marina. Breakfast was great, air-con worked well too which was very appreciated on a hot day.

The staff were friendly and check-in/out was fast. The breakfast buffet was incredible, probably the highlight of our 1-night stay. The quality of the food and variety exceeded our expectations. The beach access was very convenient too. Had we stayed for longer (and not had to leave so early in the morning) we would have really taken advantage of it.

“Great hotel, definitely recommend!”
Property was lovely, very clean, rooms were spacious, and very charming. I had a ‘half view’ on the sea and i loved it. Daily changed towels, aircon working perfectly and sunbeds available. Breakfast was amazing too, with stunning views as well

Lovely hotel in beachfront location. Spacious comfortable bedroom. Great team all very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast with food to suit all Fifteen minute walk into centre with plenty of restaurants and bars

Absolutly disgusting behavior by the reception staff when booking a taxi for the airport. The lady at the front desk obviously arranged for a private driver that was in no way a professional, didn't inform us of that and didn't tell us that we had to pay in cash. We were only told that it was the only taxi available and that it would cost 180 euros. It was clearly a rip- off from the start but we felt we didn't have options at the time. The driver also spoke on the phone the whole way to to airport.

“My daughter and i enjoyed our stay, wished we could stay longer but we’ll be back soon. Grazie Hotel il Sole.”
Our room on the 4th floor was comfortable, clean and with a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel has direct access to the beach(note that it is not sand but pebbles) with their own private entrance was very comfortable indeed. The hotel staff were exceptional. Friendly and very accommodating.
