Beautiful location, very comfortable room and the best part is the friendliness of Catja and Giorgio. Nothing is too much problem for them, they make you feel like royalty.

“Horrible”
There is nothing to like. The rooms were not the ones from the photos on Booking. The bathroom lacked mirror and bidet, and the room smelled of mould. Tried to move to another room, but the smell of mould was even worse ,I had an asthma attack We ended up not staying at all and fled the premises as we really struggled to breathe. No talk of refund of the 100 euros plus tourist tax, just the offer of yet another room. Do not stay here!

“I wasn't able to sleep because of the mini fridge”
The city was nice to visit, the hotel is a not too far from the beach, however it still requires a bit of a walk to get to.

“Amazing Location, Good for a quick stay”
This location was phenomenal. Walkable to everything in Santa Marinella that you would want to visit. The bed was quite comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Very secure, as you have to have a key to get in the front door.

Very good hotel for pre/post cruising or for quite small town getaway. Many restaurants and nice beach nearby. Train station within walking.

“Exceptional”
Location, location. Seaside in a charming town. In the heart of everything. Room was upgraded, huge terrace. Bonus was the hotel has a bar, restaurant on site. Highly recommend.

“A very pleasant stay”
What a pleasant stay! Although the single room being relatively small - no surprises here - it was extremely comfortable, well equipped and very easy to keep warm. The bed was fantastic, the linen is of great quality and the towels were large and made of cotton and really dry you up! The staff was another high point: attentive and always available to help. For example, I asked the cleaning team to solve one detail at the bathroom and they promptly and efficiently solved it - great service. The location is great - a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarket, train station nearby. I highly recommend this place - you'll not regret staying here!
