This is a fantastic apartment for spending a relaxing weekend in Santa Marinella. Everything was great, and I only wish we had had more time to stay and enjoy it.

“Great location”
The property location was very central, good facilities and the owners were accommodating. The only disadvantage was the bed in the main room was not very comfortable, otherwise we were happy with the accommodation 😊

Location was perfect. Garden was perfect. Lovely place. Little seating area in garden was very tranquil for reading you could get Sun or shade as you wished. Simona and Stefano could not have being nicer. Would definitely go back..

That there is no saftey box for the entranve key and ou have to pay 30 euro if you are late and the host has to wait for you.

You definitely have to appreciate the cleanliness and proximity to the private beach. Shops are close by and the train station is a 4-minute walk away. Air conditioning, clean linens and towels. Suitable for a couple.

The location in the very heart of santa marinella is unique. The building and the room was very easily accessibile. The room (C1) was very large, extremely well equipped with large and confortable double bed, smart furniture, excellent bathroom, and a breathtaking view of the sea.

“Nice place in Santa Marinella”
Such a great place to stay! It was so close to the beach, room was nice, we had what we needed to prepare breakfast, staff was friendly. We definitely want to return!

Super nice room, located just next to the beach with a beautiful view overlooking the beach, palm trees and the moon. Very polite host and the accommodation overall was very clean and as depicted on the pictures.
