The Hotel has been recently renovated, facilities are charming and comfortable. Location is great, right at the city centre, which is a great starting point for hikes.

We loved our stay, the location, size of the room, balcony, views and interiors exceeded our expectations. I worked in the fashion and interiors industry and I loved the choice of furniture and materials used. The room was clean, smelled wonderful. We wish we had opted for breakfast one day as it smelled amazing and looked wonderfully presented.

the property is not a house, it is a palace! the inside is modernly built and installed with everything one needs. perfect modern bathroom with shower. the owner Barbara is very friendly and served a perfect breakfast. very silent, nice little village with central place in a 3 minutes walk.

This hotel was the highlight of the trip. Set in a beautiful old house in a wonderful part of the village, it felt like being a winter fantasy. The rooms were excellently equipped with artsy furniture. Restaurants and bars were a short walk away and parking was available for free on street level. The surrounding houses are equally jaw dropping. Check in was effortless and very Gen Z friendly as it was done entirely without needing human interaction. I would not only recommend this hotel and Santa Maria to everyone but am hoping to return again very soon.

“Charming Santa Maria Maggiore b&b”

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were sent a code beforehand to get in the front door on arrival - and got into the room with no issues. Breakfast was good. We ate at the restaurant for lunch, which was very yummy (in a different location) and got a 10% discount as we were also staying at the hotel. The b&b is about a 5 minute walk from a charming central square; the perfect place to have aperitivi.
