“Very pleasant stay with a very good service and everything worked out very well with the communicati”
Not the owners mistake but for young kids, the property isnt ideal as inside the house you have a lot of stairs. To our shocking surprise, the wooden rail from the balkony was rotten threw and luckily we discovered it before our kids so that was shocking. The owners reacted professional and sent within 60min some handymen who repaired it and apologized deeply but that could have been very dangerous otherwise.

We had a great stay and lovely house! The house felt like brand new, shiny cleaned, high standard & fully equipped with full A/C. It enjoys stunning views and lots of seating areas inside and outside. It is a part of large complex of about 10 properties, including one above and one next to it, all share the pool and beautiful garden - so privacy is a bit limited. A short drive or 8-10 minutes walk to the Santa Maria beach and 10 minutes drive to groceries, bakery, super market. The Santa Maria area is super nice. The pool has fresh water (no sea water), it is large with comfortable chairs and umbrellas.
