“Amazing stay! Wish we spent more time!”

With one word: Amazing! Exactly as shown in the pictures plus super close to the sandy beach of Mikri Santa. We walked with just our bathing suits to the beach and then returned to the privacy of the pool!! Very clean and owner super nice!!!

The house is advertised for 10 people but it should be rented for 9 people. The supposed 5th bedroom has a sofa bed which when opening the bottom mattress, you cant open the door to get out of the room and the person on the top mattress has to go over the other person to get off the bed. The drainage in the shower in this bathroom was not working well and the shower was getting full of dirty water. Moreover there was an aircondition leaking water in the bedroom and when we mentioned same, the host said that the reason was probably that we had set the temperature too low... excuses of course. The wifi password was given to us more than 2 hours after we arrived and as there was no signal we had no internet all this time to communicate. Although the booking.com terms has 300 euro deposit to be paid upon arrival and returned upon departure, the host demanded after we paid for the room, that we pay 1000 euro deposit to their bank account 2 weeks prior arrival. As it felt all wrong from the start I had to take photos of missing door handles and send them in order not to be blamed but they still found sth to blame us. After we left they claimed that we stained the sofa cover (which we didnt ! ) and that the stain didnt come out and they were claiming to withhold 500 euro to buy new sofa cover! they sent us a video supposedly showing the cover clean before and stained afterwards but honestly i think even the first video is taken with the sheet on, and anyway I know personally as I used the bed that we didnt consume anything in that room. In the end they returned the full deposit only when we promised that we would not give bad reviews on booking, but honestly the host was so bad that I couldnt help myself. They even claimed we made the towels dirty and that we made noise which is all science fiction really. The room in question is not appearing in photos on the website.
