“Lovely pool surrounded by mountains”
We loved the pool, the shade gazebo, the courtyard for meals, the mountains, the peaceful location with easy access to Lucca and Pisa (20 minute bus ride) and paragliding just over the mountain range. We liked the Bbq area and ability to cook and enjoyed the local pizzerias and cafe for pastries and gelato.

“Very nice property with swimming pool but missing some basic facilities”
It was well located if you have a car. It is between Pisa and Lucca. There were also 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets. All needed facilities for an appartment type of hotel were present.

“Great place to stay if you like a quiet secluded holiday in a real Italian village with friendly locals.”
Spacious and quiet. Up in the mountains so it was not at all touristy.
