Great location, great amenities, well equipped kitchen with all necessary (you do not have to worry for salt, pepper, oil, coffe) for starting your perfect holiday. Is a few steps away from rhe beach, you can hear the sound of the sea waves during rhe evening when you enjoy a drink on the cozy terrace. Recommend!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants. It's also a great base for sightseeing in the area. The villa offers excellent value, with plenty of shared space, three bathrooms, and two parking spots, which was perfect as our group had two cars. There are three bedrooms — one is very spacious, while the other two are smaller but still clean and well-equipped. We especially loved the beautiful terrace. Although we could have collected the keys from the safety box, the host met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour, which was a lovely touch. Overall, highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing villa just 1-2 minutes (depends on your pace :) to the long spacy sandy beach with dunes. Very nice and helpful hosts, Lorena and Tiziana, gave us a lot of useful tips and answered our questions as quick as thought. The villa has everything you need during your holidays: we were surprised when found even beach umbrellas and chairs in the storage, how thoughtful and regardful it is! Outdoor patio is really the best place to spend midday time hiding from bright and hot Sicilian sun.
