“Amazing house overlooking the Ionian Sea”

Alex contacted us by whatsapp prior to our arrival providing us with clear and helpful information on how to get to the property, including where to get off the motorway, how to use the toll and warned us about speed cameras. Alex met up with us to give us the keys, he gave us a tour of the house and provided us with instructions. Basic necessities were left by the property owner and he/she gifted us bottles of water, beer and Prosecco which we very much appreciated. Alex also suggested restaurants in the area and gave us cards of some restaurants in Taormina to receive a 10% discount if mentioning his name. As we were finalizing the check-in process Alex presented us also with a welcome present which is a box of 3 Cannolis made in the bakery where Alex lives. We devoured these amazing Cannolis as soon as we sat down on the terrace overlooking the Ionian sea. The property is very secluded and you have access to the beach and since the location is remote, it is more or less a private beach (pebbles - water shoes are recommended). The apartment has a large open living room kitchen area, with ceiling to floor windows and sliding doors that take you to the terrace (which makes it very airy and bright) . It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The way the bedrooms and bathrooms are located, you can have your own private unit - useful when travelling with friends. We were only there for a couple of nights and we spent most of our days either on the beach or on the terrace during the day and evening. Thank you Alex and Property Owner for all your kind gestures in making our stay memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back and absolutely recommend your property!

We spent an amazing week in this peaceful place. The beach is just a few steps from the apartment, the sea is clean, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We especially appreciated the calm atmosphere and privacy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our host, Mr. Alex, is a very kind and attentive gentleman. He welcomed us warmly and shared excellent recommendations for trips, restaurants, and shops. Thank you for the lovely hospitality and the pleasant environment. We can fully recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking rest, comfort, and a personal touch.

Very beautiful apartment on the beach with a breathtaking view , nice beach, not many people there , sunbads and umbrella belongs to apartment , very helpful and nice landlorď Alex who takes care about guests and apartment . He supriced us with a welcome local sweets , there was no problem with communication and he was available at all time , gave us recomandations for many trips around , for restaurants and for the best food in Taormina.

Fondaco Parrino is a very beautiful place with an extraordinary view of the sea and mountains. We got some amazing photos and videos! The apartment itself is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need — there are even sun loungers you can take to the beach. There was cold beer and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. There’s also free parking right outside the apartment door. A special thanks to Alex for his responsiveness and hospitality. Not only was he always available for any questions regarding the apartment, but he also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and interesting places to visit. Moreover, he shared his discount cards for local shops and restaurants with us and treated us to some delicious cannoli. Alex felt more like a friend than a host! All in all, I highly recommend visiting this place.

The apartment has huge rooms, the kitchen has all the necessary accessories. Margherita took care of our groceries including gluten-free food. Everything was done with a smile and our every request was met.

Condominium apartment. Quiet and not overlooked. The panoramic view from the apartment is exceptional and adds to the prestige of the home. The concierge is available at all times to communicate all useful information about the accommodation but also about what to see and do in the area.

Phenomenal view!! The apartment is exceptional, a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen that opens up onto a wrap around balcony with 180 degree view of the beach and ocean. This apartment is exceptionally good. The view of the sea, the balcony, the calm environment, private beach... It is also very well equipped. We have never been in such a good place before. And it is in a part of Sicily that you should visit. Alex the host is very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information.

Great view and the guy meeting us Alex was great and friendly gave us many restaurant’s options also a discount for them Which was a nice gesture , as per apartment itself . I’ve personally felt I’ve lived inside someone very personal house ! it’s full of personal objects,under the beds was so many things stuffed in , it was a beautiful place I’d de cluttered make it more minimalist and less objects everywhere in rest it’s a great apartment and I’d visit again ! the shower runs out of hot water rather quickly!!

“A Stunning Quiet Place Near Taormina”

We liked everything about this gorgeous place. Extremely comfortable and the most amazing view ever! The manager was so sweet and extremely helpful and on time to meet us and check in was a breeze. He will send you a video and a Google map to the location but if you just follow the directions on Booking.com it is no problem! You will get your own free parking space at the back of the apartment. We were so lucky to have almost a full moon and the moon light reflected right up to our balcony at the sea! It was breathtaking! The manager was also so kind and made a lot of wonderful restaurant recommendations. Thanks again for the wonderful stay in this very gorgeous apartment right on the sea! Also by the way we did not want for anything as everything was supplied (except for our food and drinks)!!! You are also asked to kindly separate your garbage and recycling and this too is very layed out so you can be kind to the environment. I liked that!
