we thought the property was cute and well furnished, the swimming pool was great and the view of the mountains and seaside was lovely, the host was very accommodating but spoke no English

“Good spot allowed us to get away from the crowded towns but easy access by train to the busy towns”
location was good, not far from railway station, and the sea in the other direction. Not far from restaurants. good walk up to the ruins of Solunto. It was free the day we went so even better. we had the outside area adjacent to the pool to ourselves.

“comfortable and quiet, a great seaside stay”
a great stay in a clean and comfortable place with a sea view and quiet setting. fresh linen and comfortable bed, Wifi worked very well. it has everything you need for a short stay. we stayed for 3 nights in late October and enjoyed swimming in the sea.

“from 1 to 10 for me it is 11”
Beautiful apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. From the terrace by the pool, a wonderful view of the garden with lemon trees and the sea. few minutes walk to the sea, port, restaurants and shop. Owner-Vittorio - very nice and always ready to help. He found a motorbike for us to rent. He can also help in organizing a car or boat for trips around the area. great views, nature, mountains within 5 km. I recommend it with all my heart.

“Excellent Mediterranean Villa Atmosphere”
Our ZE-VI house had an exceptional Mediterranean villa atmosphere, modernly furnished, very clean and fully equipped. Best choice in Santa Flavia with swimming pool. Besides that, the owner, Mr Vittorio, made us to feel part of the villa life by offering us Limoncello, coffee, detergent for washing machine and assistance whenever needed. The surrounding area of the villa is quiet, but just by 5 min walk there are awesome beach restaurants and bars with live music.

The host is really helpful and made everything for us to feel comfortable. The apartment is big and beautiful, and also very clean. It is perfect to just chill next to the pool or go for walk in the town (everything is super close).
