“Wonderful !”
We had a wonderful stay at Vila Paladino. The landscape, the swimming pool, and the house itself were just perfect for our holiday. We loved the nearby beaches — beautiful, family-friendly, and never crowded. What made our stay truly special was the warm welcome and incredible kindness of Marida, without doubt the best host we’ve ever had! She shared excellent tips and insights about the location, surroundings, and Sicilian culture, which made our experience even richer. We had a wonderful stay at Marida’s place in Santa Flavia. The house is beautiful and elegant, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The highlight was definitely the large, park-like garden and the amazing pool — the sunsets there were absolutely stunning. Marida was a fantastic host: warm, friendly, and very reliable. She also gave us great tips for things to do in the area. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

“Super sunshine break and I would definitely return”
The location was excellent - the pool really different and lovely. The hosts were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom was spacious and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Everyone was super friendly and I would highly recommend for a big family group as they can all have separate space

Very charming place to stay, quit and beautiful view. Very kind owners, a lot of help from Marida (owner), very beautiful garden and swimming pool, nice apartment, good food service, possibility of using taxi, nice places to go not very far away (Cefalú, Palermo, Mondello, Monreale) , cute animals (dog of the owners and cats :).

Excited surronding - nice swimming pool, garden and place for a barbecue. Extraordinary design of host's villa ecourage visitors to explore beauty of Sicily. The Owners are extremely nice people who really care of their guests and the place. Working air condition, clean rooms, art motives. Great place to make trips to Palermo or Cafalu.

“Good location (with car) to see surrounding areas. Not a beach holiday destination.”
The pool and mediterranean garden is like a little oasis. Marida, the host, is lovely welcoming, knowledgable and always available to help with anything. Having access to Enzo and his taxi service was a godsend on several evenings being collected from restaurants so as not to have to walk back in the extremely hot weather we experienced, The location is between Palermo and Cefalu, both of which are worth a visit. We went by excellent train service and stayed overnight in both places. Santa Flavia and Porticello are small (not touristy) villages with a few restaurants. People of Sicily were all lovely and friendly.
