Wonderful location. It's so neat that you go up the tower to get to your room! Parking was free and easy on the street and the town is very cute. Definitely would recommend.

Very convenient BnB, very friendly hosts, clean, large common spaces, breakfast is good, provides healthy options as fruits, home made yoghurt and muesli, ejoyed having breakfast outside on the terras even though it was the end of november.

The location was ok for the money we paid. It is pet friendly. The breakfast was ok, but nor spectaculos (it can be improved). You can park outside on the street. It is a safe location.

Everything was perfect and the host was very helpful with giving us information about getting around. 😊 The common areas are very nicely decorated (kitchen, terrace, dining room). There is even a lookout tower at the top, from which there is a beautiful view.

“Great place in a fantastic town”

The room bathroom and balcony were great. The kitchen facilities downstairs looked good, but I didn't use them as there are so many great places to eat. The owners (brothers, i think) were welcoming and attentive as were the other staff. Breakfast was good with fresh produce every day ( Ham, cheese, tomatoes, boiled egg (can also ask for scrambled) melon, cakes and several different croissants . The location is fantastic, it's a fishing town with a small beach 5 min walk from property. I would swim there 1st thing in the morning and it was great. Local OAP'S are there from 6 am chatting and exercising in the water. The seafront at night is buzzing not with nightlife but with families 3/4 generations out eating playing in the case of the children. Just a lovely feel to the place. I certainly fell in love with Santa Flavia. Train station only a 13min walk where you can catch trains to Palermo (30mins) Cefalu (1 hr) trains are very reasonable.

Lovely house with garden, 2 terases with sea wiev. You can use well equiped kitchen. It´s god plase to visit Palermo. Train (12 min from house) is in 20 min in The Central station Palermo. It was realy easy to find parking place on the street which was quiet and wide enought.

We had a great stay! The host gave us a warm welcome, and the location was perfect with a beautiful sea view. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as expected. Breakfast was delicious, and everything ran smoothly - just as it should. Highly recommended!

“Nice villa”

We decided to stay here to visit nearby Palermo. A beautiful villa with its own charm, a large terrace and a beautiful garden. The hosts were very kind, recommending nearby pizzerias and restaurants, and also suggesting the best way to get to Palermo by train, as driving in this city can be challenging for foreigners. There is ample parking space on the street in front of the house. Guests have the opportunity to use a shared kitchen for cooking and eating, as well as a library in the tower of the villa. Breakfast was not very rich, but sufficient.

Nice house and staff.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Edera! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, near to train station where you can travel to Palermo.The breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was a truly memorable experience. If you travel by car no worries about parking, there is a lot of space on a street. Highly recommend! ;)

“If you look for a hostel style place to stay it’s good but not for ones who are used to hotels”

The staff was nice and fortunately could speak English and French as almost 90% in whole Sicily can’t speak even in English. It had a nice view to the sea from the balcony.

“Great value for money, clean and comfortable stay”

The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. It was superhelpfull that we could help ourselves to breakfast in the morning as we had an early departure to the airport. We would definitely recommend it.

Nice place with comfy rooms and convinient breakfast.

Room very comfortable. We were on first floor with a balcony with nice views. Breakfast was nice out on patio. Convenient to eating houses, old harbour and Old Porticello. Train station 10 minute walk away. Went to Cefalu by train, bit over an hour depending on day and time. Building was tastefully renovated about 6 years ago
