We spent a week on Sicily, at Vincenzo 's, in his wonderful appartement near Cefalu and Palermo. It has a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view and a private swimming pool . The appartment has all kinds of facilities, for instance a washing machine , so it left nothing to be desired. Vincenzo is a very friendly and cooperative host.

So well equipped and host was amazing. Lots of areas for the family to break out into and have dinner.

Great location with huge terrace and amazing views of both the mediterranean sea on bo to side and mountains right in front. Very quiet location and a great saltwater pool to be shared by only two appartments. The appartment is very spacious and has everything you need.

The villa is amazing. Its so spacious, stylishly furnished, wery well equiped and situated in quiet place. The wiev from terrase is great during the day sa well as at night. Vincenzo was very polite, helpfull and he has looked after property werry well. I have to say that this villa was one of the best places where we spent a week of holiday ever. I trully recomend.

The host, Vincenzo, was fantastic. Easily contactable to ask questions about where to go shopping etc. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and well maintained. Very well situated just under an hour from Palermo airport by car. Would highly recommend

The villa is absolutely beautiful. You can really tell that the owner, Vincenzo, has put a lot of love into both the house and the garden. The pool is really clean and a welcome treat after a hot day. The sea is just a three-minute walk away. Don’t forget to bring underwater goggles and a snorkel to see some fish and other underwater creatures.if you want to sit on the beach then its a 15 minute walk. This place is perfect for a lazy vacation or for a few days when you're driving around on the island.

The place was very spacious, and the view was insane! Access to a whole private terrace with two different sea views and a view of the mountain. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to cook with, and the whole apartment was spotless. And Vincenzo was amazing!

Everything! The villa was stunning and authentic, well sized and had everything you needed. The views are incredible and had lots of things to do within the villa. The owner Vincenzo was excellent, gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars and was very accommodating. 10/10.

Amazing villa, beautiful views from every corner, authentic inside, quiet surroundings, we spent most of the time in the terrace with mountain and sea views. Private parking, salt water pool. Very polite host.. we felt welcome from the very first minute

You have a great view from the large terrace. Everything was very clean. Great for families.

We had the best possible stay, during our trip to Sicily, Palermo (nearby). Villa was exceptional, with all needed utilities. Even things like iron, beach umbrella, shower gel, tea, coffee, little tools to fight against mosquitos etc. I could name it and name it:) Both villa and yard with pool were so clean! Vincenzo, host of villa, is amazing. So attentive, friendly. He left for us some complimentary fruits, drinks at the fridge. Gave even some lovely ice cream! I don't know, what could make Your stay better:) Views of mountains and see are breathtaking. Very calm during evenings, great place to relax after trips. We have rented a car, was easy to reach surrounding areas. Car should be needed in this location. We really hope to come back here one day!! Thank You Vincenzo! :)

I would give more than 10/10 if I could. We loved everything about this villa. It was very clean, comfortable and full of facilities. We booked both apartaments and we really recommend it for the whole experience. Views were breathtaking! Vincenzo is a wonderful host he really cares about this place all the time and thanks to that we could use the swimming pool and jacuzzi even in march. We really didn't want to leave this magnificent place. For sure we will be back someday 😀

This beautiful, fully equipped home in such a beautiful location - Capo Zafferano - was just what we needed to relax and regroup at the end of our holiday in Italy's south. Within easy reach of gorgeous Cefalu (though we weren't up for driving in Palermo). Thank you Vincenzo for your warm welcome and advice.

“A one of a kind Sicilian gem”

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. It is breathtaking! The energy is surreal and the apartment is authentic Sicilian style. Vincenzo is the best host and attends to all needs and more! The cupboards were stocked along with fresh fruit on arrival. It is in a perfect location with friendly locals!
