The view from the terrace is fantastic. There is a big square in front of the place that is lively at night and gives a warm festive vibe. There are several small simple beaches near the house.

“Lovely house in an authentic town!”

It’s a fantastic house just in front of the port. You can smell the sea from your terrace and it’s lovely. The beach was near. Another one (that I like more) was maybe 300 m away. With fantastic views over the rocks and mountains. Santa Flavia and the area around is such authentic Italy. You can’t miss it ! parking was free just in front of the house. On busy days we parked nearby for only 1 eur per hour. Which is great. The house was comfortable, close to everything. Clean. There is a lot of space in the house, 3 terraces and 2 rooms to sleep. The owner was friendly and helpful! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything. Even there was an extra small crib for a baby, a sun bed to take to the beach and beach towels. It’s very lovely and the owner thought of everything.

Stayed in August. Travelled all over Italy and this would have to be one of our favourites. Location was great too . Would definitely stay here again

The location was perfect, our host was amazing and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartment was spotless and bigger than expected. There are a lot of amazing restaurants very close by. At night it is a quiet area. The area felt very safe.

“Great place to stay, a bit noisy for being in a village”

A wonderfully located apartment with an amazing terrace and a view from the windows. We stayed comfortably in 7 people. The bedrooms are quite large, the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped (maybe a few forks and a smaller pot for milk were missing :)). Spacious bathroom, clean throughout the apartment. The stay in it was great, especially the morning coffee on the terrace :) A huge plus for extra duvets. The host was very helpful and prepared great information materials about the area. Thank you! In the vicinity of about 600m there is a large grocery store, there is also a pizzeria, a bakery and a vegetable shop nearby. In Santa Flavia we met very nice people, we want to come back. we will recommend this place!

View, location, house, price

Everthing was great. Owner send all information which you may need during your stay. It is close to all important shops and near nice beach.

Nice place... Near kafara Beach that is quite beautiful and the francesi spiaggia. Not many tourists in this area so it is nice to be in contact with the Sicilian culture.

Very clean and good location. The host was very helpful too. Even though we arrived late because of some car issues, he came by later to give us tips about where to go. We stayed only a night, and was perfect for a quick stay.
