We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It's just a short walk down the stairs to the beach, which was super convenient. The terrace is cozy and offers a beautiful view of the sea — perfect for relaxing. The apartment itself has everything you need. As a lovely welcome, the host had left pasta, and some snacks for is, as well we found water and beer in the fridge. Highly recommended!

“Paradise on Sicily”
Everything was perfect. The place is like a paradise! The location itself is very quiet but you can easily get to the center of everything. Monia is a wonderful person, very helpful and positive!

Amazing place, there is a beautiful tropical garden leading to the private access to the beach. Bay is beautiful and kayak available. Really enjoyed dining on the terrace and just looking at the sea. Palermo centre is 40 min ride, so you can enjoy it’s exceptional vibe and relax in the paradise afterwards.

“Beautifully located stay - we’ll come back again!”
Beautifully located property right by the beach with a wonderful terrace to enjoy, as well as private access to the quiet beach! Fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and Monia kindly let us check out a little later when we left as there wasn’t anyone staying that night. Just a 15 or so minute walk into Santa Flavia itself which was handy, and private parking which was useful for our hire car.

“Great host, nice beach location close to Palermo”
Monia was a fantastic host showing the Sicilian hospitality from the best side. She gave us many nice food + beer + 1 great wine as a welcome. She always responded within minutes and gave us good tips. It was easy to communicate in English with her. Mille Gracie, Monia
