A wonderful place. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Close to the train station. Free shuttle buses to all the beaches in S. Flavia. A wonderful studio with a beautiful terrace. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, clean, same as on pictures. Owners were very helpful, they gave us recommendations for getting around the town and the beaches and told us about free buses to get to them. They even gave us parasol and cooler bag to carry to the beach. They also let us leave our bags with them after our check out for a couple hours. We definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Santa Flavia

Incredible staff! Super friendly and helpful, with loads of great information. Thank you Awesome location - 10 mins walk from train station with a handful of brilliant places to eat.

The selling point is the spectacular view of the Basilica and the hills from the huge terrace of the yellow room. The room is equipped with everything you'd need for your stay; the hosts even provide the capsules for the coffee machine. Santa Flavia train station is within 10 mins walk. From there you can reach Palermo in 20 mins and Cefalu in 45 mins. Not every train stops there so you need to check the schedules (italiarail.com). The hosts Maria and Paolo are lovely people and provided a link with recommendations for nearby restaurants, beaches etc, and offered to provide a beach umbrella.
