Breakfast was ok. The host made some freshly prepared food. Some of the rooms were very small. Bathrooms across the passage, Host were very friendly, and helped us with our cases.

Beautiful property in a lovely little town right on the water. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. The homemade breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic!

Great location, great host!

Beautiful location in a stunning place, with a truly authentic Sicilian vibe. The area is peaceful and not too crowded, although it can get a bit noisy at night on weekends when people are enjoying life. :) Unforgettable breakfasts on the terrace, that’s probably what stuck in my memory the most from the trip to this area.

We really enjoyed staying there. The house was tidy and location accessible, especially using the free tourist bus. What caught our attention was the view. It is close to the best beach and restaurant in the region. The host was punctual and his breakfast was tasty. Especially the handmade red orange marmalade. I recommend going for at least 4 nights as it may not be enough to bathe in the clean sea and enjoy the mesmerizing view.

The location is good. The accommodation met our expectations. It is tidy, regularly cleaned, and towels are changed. The host, Fabio, is warm and hospitable.

The setting is beautiful and in a quiet location, just a few meters from a bay. The terrace offers a stunning panoramic view of the sea, town, and mountains. Fabio is a wonderful host who prepares an excellent breakfast. You should definitely consider going on a boat trip with him.

Perfect and quiet place, came for the view and for the homemade cakes. That was a wonderful stay!

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful views from the terrace, and some of the other balconies. 20metres from La caletta - beautiful swimming spot with clear water. The area is very walkable - lots of restaurants and places to stop for a drink. This property is close to everything. Fabio was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast on the terrace is delicious and a beautiful back drop. Only regret is not spending more time here! I will be back!

“Amazing”

This place was a perfect choice. Santa Flavia is a hidden gem, a really beautiful place with kind people. Fabio was an amazing host and gave good tips for us for everything. We tried all of his tips for restaurants and never made a mistake. His place is nice, and comfortable in a super location. Our room was well equipped. The terrace is the best point with the view. Breakfast was really dealicious with homemade jams and variatious cakes from day to day. Another perfect point about our stay was the boat tour with Fabio. Thank you again!

The location is amazing! The Caletta Sant’Elia is right outside, just a 2 minute walk. We were also told there is a great beach nearby just a couple of minutes on foot but sadly we didn’t have time to visit it. We also really enjoyed the terrace on the roof, the view from it is amazing. Breakfast is served on the roof but the owner told us we could go up there any time we wanted. Also on the topic of breakfast, it was fantastic! There is a nice little kitchen for guests to use as well as a supermarket nearby. The bathroom was very clean.

Everything was great, thé place is amazing, thé view, thé sea, thé Area, accommodation was clean, nice well equiped And thé owner was teally helpful And cute. Breakfast was typical italan Sweet but he cooked eggs fór US toho.

The terrace and breakfast were definitely a highlight of the stay. Both, the view of the area and the marmelade were just perfect. The room was clean and effective, and I appreciated the possibility of making my own coffee in the common area.

We spent 3 nights here. The rooftop terrace is really amazing! 😉 The location is perfect, the whole town is at your feet. (We advise to go to Kafara beach instead the midtown one.) But the main point here is Fabio himself. He's a wonderful host: helpful, caring and good company to talk to (about diving e.g.)! We hope to return here one day! ❤️
