“Beautiful high ceilings and pretty tiles”

Wonderful high ceilings and lovely backyard! Sweet decorations in the apartment and beautiful historic apartment. The street is quite pretty also. We were very grateful that Peppe could pick us up from the airport when we arrived late, and he was a very nice guy and easy to communicate with. There is supposed to be a free bus between the beaches in the area, but we never saw it, and ended up walking. The closest beach was quite dirty. We loved Sant’Elia beach, and if you walk it’s worth the walk.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful, as was Giuseppe, who helped us with recommendations and equipped the place with all the necessities we could ever need.

It was perfect stay in Filangeri 116. We loved the kindness of the hosts and especially we appreciated all the recommendation you gave us to visit the surroundings. One of the best things of the place - that there are a lot of parking spaces nearby, so you don't need to worry where to park the car. Thank you once again for the great stay. Best wishes!

“A location worth revisiting”

The apartments are extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, as well as placed within walking distance to two small supermarkets and a pizzeria. Giuseppe, who gave us a very warm welcome, was very helpful both in orienting us regarding what is there to visit and where to eat around Santa Flavia and in Palermo, as well as with any other requests we had during our stay.

Sofia and her family were absolutely amazing hosts! Everything was perfectly clean, we received a box of delicious, fresh fruits and a piece of local cake. Also Sofia gave us many recommendations regarding what to see in Santa Flavia, Bagheria, Palermo and surrounding area. She was always very helpful and responsive, it was much better than I'd ever expect :) The flat is equipped in air conditioning that can serve as cooler in the summer or heater in the winter - that's a great advantage. Regarding the location: train station is ca. 100m away. There are local shops where you can buy panini, prosciutto and other great, local food.

Peppe is incredibly nice. He did share lots of advices with us. He even took us for a tour to the harbor. The house was smelling fresh air when we arrived.

“Perfect”

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Our group ranged from 1 to 43 years old, and we rented both : -the ground floor apartment with a courtyard and -the first-floor apartment with a balcony. The apartments were impeccably clean. The host, Giuseppe, clearly pays great attention to detail and cleanliness, making us feel immediately comfortable. Giuseppe gave us a warm and kind welcome, even though we arrived very late, close to midnight. He provided us with all the information we needed about the surroundings, including recommendations for things to see and do. A delightful surprise was the basket that Giuseppe had prepared for us with everything we needed to start the first day deliciously. The property's location was extremely convenient, with bakeries, pizzerias, supermarkets, and pharmacies all within walking distance. This made our stay practical and allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local atmosphere. Additionally, Giuseppe recommended visiting Sant'Elia, which was just a 5-minute drive away and an absolute must-see with its natural beauty and points of interest. After our stay, we unfortunately left some personal belongings behind, but Giuseppe immediately contacted us and arranged for them to be shipped to us via courier. This demonstrated his dedication to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at this property. The warm welcome, spotless cleanliness, convenient location, and Giuseppe's kindness made our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a pleasant and relaxing getaway. Very nice and clean apartment. Incredibly friendly and welcoming owners. They greeted us very kindly and were ready to help in any matter. On the table in the kitchen, juice and cookies awaited us, along with cute postcards for remember Sicily. The owners also gave small souvenir for us and a toy horse to my daughter, who was tired after the trip. It was very heartwarming :) Thank you! The huge terrace with the mountains view is especially impressive.

Our host Giuseppe was magnificent and extremely helpful. He replied to all of our questions related to our stay regarding of the time and he also provided us a lot of information about the place and the vicinity of the area.The apartment was super clean and beautiful and if you visit the place by car the location is quite strategic with free parking and also the neighbourhood is very safe and chill at the night.I totally recommend this place.

Location good for parking and access to train. Safe neighborhood. Accommodation was adequate … beds uncomfortable and the kitchen facilities were completely inadequate for anything more than a cup of coffee or making a salad. The rooms had very little light but the outside garden was lovely though mosquito ridden and not user friendly. Two weeks was too long for us without washing machine, a television set, a comfortable sofa in the living/dining/kitchen … the photos on Booking.com were not a true representation of the property

Santa Flavia is a beautiful town and the locals are so nice and welcoming. The apartment is very pretty! I liked how it was furnished, the colors of the walls are so tasteful. The host was really easy to communicate and helpful.
