“Best BB close to palermo!”

It’s a beautiful B&B The owner is very friendly and helpful, she can communicate very well in English The room is very large and very clean Heating available in the room and bathroom You are receiving a fantastic breakfast, a large choice. Breakfast until 10 AM. You can park your car in front of the house, safe place. You have a nice restaurant in walking distance, we had 3 days dinner in the same restaurant. La Rotonda is the name! The internet is very fast, super! You are in walking distance to the railstation, to take train to the center of Palermo. To busy to go by car.

The bedroom was very spacious, clean and homy. The location is very good, you can walk to the sandy beach. The breakfast was very good (eggs, bacon, salami, cheese, corflakes, jam, fruit and lots of Sicilian pastries). The owner is very helpful and friendly. One of the best vacation stays we've had...

“We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again”

Breakfast was exceptional. The host Luisa was very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Although, the room air conditioner worked, it could have been a little stronger.

Beautiful place with great gardens, view and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Super quiet and a nice reflective place. 5 min walk to beach, although not the nicest beach. Luisa is a great host. Would recommend for a quiet holiday with access to amazing outside space and restored Italian building.

Great experience in all front. Before booking the place I checked the reviews and I can say it was even better. Luisa, the owner is a great host and always available for suggestion. I will go back at some point.

It's a lovely place to stay, and very reasonably priced. Beautiful room with comfortable bed. And the breakfast was incredible, so many delicious sweet treats :) Luisa is a lovely host, would recommend.

“Lovely stay at Case Gianonne, would definitely recommend!”

The hospitality was great, Luisa and her team were very friendly. Everything was well taken care of: the hygiene, breakfast very extensive for Italian standards which we enjoyed, room was very comfortable. Great bed + cushions, airconditioning worked well. We did hear the train but it did not bother us (didn’t wake us up) as it’s a very silent location no loud music or anything like that.. a very restful week :) Also I loved the garden and the sea view, beautiful! Thank you very much for a lovely week Luisa and team!

The location on the hill with sea view is beautiful, the house and its rooms are well-designed and very pretty. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped (aircon, fridge, cute little desk...), everything works. I could sleep well, the beds are comfy and it's quite calm. The best things about the B&B are the host, the breakfast and the garden though. The host is really nice and attentive, the communication was always quick and easy and the check-in and check-out very flexible. I didn't mention that I was vegan until I arrived at the B&B because I didn't want to be a bother and thought I'd just eat what I'd find at breakfast, but when the host found out she got me vegan croissants, soy yogurt and one day even made me vegan waffles!! For breakfast there's also a variety of really good fruit, plus all sorts of cakes and sweets, cereals, bread with various toppings, vegetables, juices, coffee of course... Finally, the calm, green, paradise-like garden that you can use is worth the visit in itself!

The host was kind and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was really nice, the pastries are great! It was a good experience and I would reccomend staying here.
