“Disappointing basement-like apartment.”
We picked this site based on the glamorous pictures from the upper level unit. This unit does exist. But we ended up in the lower apartment. Three levels down in the rock; humid and smelly. Painful access through several steep and narrow stairs along the cliff Not good.

The house has direct access to a nice beach. It has a couple of private parking spaces and there is also a spacious parking place outside. There is a private balcony/terrace with a table as well as a shared terrace with a sea view. (Be warned, the whole premise is on the hill, so there is a quite narrow and steep staircase between the main gate and the apartment)

“Amazing sea view”
We had simply amazing time in Capozafferano! The apartment was very nice and the best part was the terrace - it has full sea view. Besides, it was super easy to access the beach, it took just few min from the house. Definitely coming back some time again!
