“Incredible stay in Santa Fe de Antioquia.”
It was such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were the highlight. I got very sick while I was there and they went out of their way to help me. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. And all of the facilities are excellent, the pool especially. Will definitely stay again when I return.

A beautiful hotel with a large, clean swimming pool. Everything is very clean and well tended. The mattresses on the sunbeds were very comfortable with lots of different seating options. However, I can only give it a 6-7 as there was no lock on my door, so anyone could walk in day or night. The owner bombarded me with 33 messages and photos before I arrived, including a menu. Complete overkill. 1 message confirming arrival date and check in is enough. They don't take credit cards so payment was an unnecessary nightmare with the owner insisting I paid half the day before arrival with a bank transfer through Wompi and then another bank transfer after arrival. Shame.

“Great place but bring cash”
I liked almost everything. The pool area was great. The service was great. The food was good, not great. The other guests were great. The owner was nice. Easy to get to the town square. The room was nice and mine had a hot tub in it. Very good place.

The breakfast and other food was very good. Nice setting with the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money, a few blocks away from the central plaza.

The location is ideal, the pool enjoyable, staff absolutely superb. They take great care of their guests and go out of their way to help and to perfect the experience. The rooms were comfy and any issues were solved immediately. We would book again! Thank you Marta, Maira and Elizabeth.
