Perfect place if you have an early flight from AIFA. Clean, comfy beds, super nice and accommodating staff, free taxi shuttle to airport that can be booked for an early start

“The friendliest staff I've come across. 20-minutes away from the AIFA.”
We were surprised and delighted with the service provided by staff. Specifically Mario Moreno was phenomenal, incredibly friendly and helpful. Mario organised transport to the airport for us despite our late night arrival.

I’m an American citizen I went to this hotel with my husband for a honey moon this was the biggest mistake of my entire life. Five min after I checked in the hotel knowing those people that I was coming from USA while I was walking to my room someone called me telling me that the hotel was under attack of cartel of Jalisco that nobody can go out of the room and they stalked me they took out 2000 thousand dollars and also they made call my sister in USA they ask for more money telling her that if she doesn’t pay they were going to kill us. They keep me on the phone for at least 4 hour under pressure. They took my husband phone they told him to walked away and put the money in an account under name Jesus Salvador . They made him walked to and elektra place close to the hotel. They told that I can’t talk to nobody on the hotel but I’m pretty sure those people were connected somewhere in the hotel cause that is the first time I go to Mexico and nobody knows me there in the moment they knew that I came from USA the did that to me I didn’t even have time to take out my shoes in the moment I walked in to the room they call at the room phone and this nightmare started. Run away from this place God knows I’m telling the true I’m known looking for money I’m looking for justice I leave the the hotel the next day I’m the early morning. Cause I was super scared to lose my life and i didn’t get any refund they said that I was behaving badly when that was not true. I’m God knows that. I’m no complaining about anything else.

“NIce facilities but on the expensive side.”
The facilities were new and very nice. Although the parking area was very tight, it was very safe. We also had a promotional breakfast which was very good.

“Comfortable and Convenient!”
Location was about 20 minutes once exiting the Felipe Angeles International airport. Room was very nice with cozy bed and pillows! We had a breakfast included stay which was delicious.
