“Great view!”
The hotel is beautiful, somewhat secluded, and very peaceful. Several rooms have either air conditioning or a fan. They have a restaurant on site with its amazing view of the volcano, although the food itself was not convincing. Scooters/ATVs can be rented through a partner of the hotel, but they are overpriced. Instead, I would recommend Camayaya Rental — 15 USD per day including delivery and pick-up service. Attention: The road leading to the hotel is only suitable for experienced scooter riders! We would definitely come back, but we would always eat outside the hotel.

Location was very central to the island, with easy motorbike access to multiple points of interest (beaches, waterfall, towns). Hammock outside each room was a nice touch.

“A great place to relax steeped in nature with flowers, hummingbirds, and butterflies - lovely!”
One of our rooms had 2 beds. couple rocking chairs, terrace, and a stellar view of the volcano. Highly recommended. We ate breakfast and dinner there most days (very convenient with good prices). The customer service provided by Lucy as well as owner Carlos was superb. We felt well looked after.

“Absolutely loved it.”
The staff were brilliant. Lucy and Henry were incredibly helpful in giving recommendations, booking a motorbike to get around on, being flexible when I extended my stay, booking taxis to and from the ferry port. The view of conception from my room was perfect. Completely magical to wake up to each morning and the site the hotel is located is set back from the road and other buildings so you hear and see lots of different birds each morning. The food was also great.

Amazing view of the Volcano from my chalets balcony. Property located surrounded by greenery at at one with nature. Room and facilities as described. Great staff and management. Good food at restaurant Quad bikes and scooters available to hire.

“Basic room with lots of limitations”
Nice staff and the property located in large landscaped gardens. Good value for money. Breakfast and dinner can be served at the property. Please bring a torch if heading into town in the dark. Basic room and bathroom. Great fan to cool you down.

“Paradise”
Like the Paradise! Separated cabanas, facing to the Volcan Concepción, the view was 5 star. Flowers was in front of the cabana, attracting hummingbirds there. The garden was itself nice, can see many birds and other beauties. The staff was helpful and organized tours for us. Breakfast was 3 types, tasty and enough. The room was well equipped, aircon etc.

Danny greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome during our stay. It’s in a beautiful location, with a great volcano view, and also easy to walk to a shop, atm, and scooter hire and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. The restaurant offers the BEST VIEW of the volcan Concepcion IN THE WHOLE ISLAND !
