Beautiful location by the lake and walkable distance to the small town. Elaine and Lee were very welcoming. The cabin was charming and had everything we needed.

We really liked the location and the beautiful garden. The American owners were friendly and happy to answer all our questions. It was lovely to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle.

I loved my stay here, most comfortable bed I've slept in during my trip, fab views of the lake/volcano to the front and mountains to the back. The hosts are so friendly and have a lovely starter guide for the area. Really nice chill out area with hammocks and pier to jump off for a morning swim or ferry pick up. Short, scenic walk to the main ferry in Santa Cruz

This apartment is in a quiet part of Santa Cruz, but still on the lake. We took a nice walk to the next village, which provided beautiful views along the way. It was a 10 minute walk to the main hub of Santa Cruz. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet at night, the kitchen facilities allowed us to cook okay. Some extra things were left there for cooking, like salt and pepper, condiments, oil etc, which is nice if only staying a short time.

The location was great, a water view from the balcony and a very clean room and facilities. Easy to rent a kayak straight out front of accommodation and catching the water taxi on dock at lakefront easy and quick. Restaurant 5 min away at Isla Verde with healthy options. Elaine did a load of laundry for me which was so appreciated.

Waking up to bird song in a beautiful bedroom that appeared to be floating in the treetops, a lovely working space looking over gardens to the lake, everything needed in the kitchen, and very nice bathroom, all set in lovely garden with lake view.

The location was really nice, close to everything but also nice and quiet.

We really liked the location of the cabin right on the lake with a great view on the lake and the volcano. Right in front, you can rent kayaks and SUPs which was very practical and a recommendation. The cabin had a comfortable bed and a nice terrace from which you could view of the whole garden. Also practical that a kitchen is included in case you want to cook and they provide filtered water.

Perfect location! We had relaxing days right in the nature and really enjoyed it. You have the opportunity to rent kayaks and SUPs right in front of the property. There is also an awesome restaurant at hotel island verde which is only 2 minute away! We also loved to travel by the boats and visit the different towns.
