Location, facilities and team were very friendly and helpful. Nestled amongst the hillside it is beautiful and unique. The pools, access to the beach a plus.

Internet connectivity and TV were poor.

Best hotel we have been in Huatulco. Beautiful and spacious rooms, great swimming pools, nice personnel. Very clean. We had a great time here and would definitely come back.

The hotel is very lovely. The views are magnificent. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The staff was always quick to attend to our needs.

The resort is located on the beautiful Tangolunda beach and bay. It was very easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions in the local areas. The meals were good and all the staff were very helpful and attentive.

We again had a lovely stay in Huatulco. Breathtaking views of the bay. Hotel, decor, food and service all good. Friendly staff.

The resort was beautiful. Staff were attentive. Claudia, the assistant manager, was amazing. She took a situation that wasn't ideal and made it better with her customer service skills. She treated us with absolute respect. I would recommend this resort on Claudia alone!

We changed to this hotel after one night at Las Brisas. It is lovely, and so much better in every way. Beautiful spot, great rooms, fabulous and accommodating staff.

Location and views were excellent. The room was large, had everything required for a comfortable stay and wonderful views. Friendly service. Common pools were nice.

The staff are fantastic. Views are Incredible. The pool is great with excellent views and lounge chairs for everyone (no early-morning hoarding of lounge chairs). Private beach and palapa area, again, no fight for chairs. The drinks appear to be premium alcohol.
