The facilities and food options

I had a wonderful time at Las Brisas Huatulco. The installations were excellent, spotless, and felt incredibly safe and private. I specifically loved the amazing view and how calm and peaceful the water was, allowing for great swimming. The on-site restaurants offered a great variety of options, and the food was overall delicious. Getting around the massive resort was super cool and easy thanks to their golf cart shuttle system. The staff throughout the resort were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!

“Beautiful resort but the food could be better”

The staff were brilliant, service by the pool and beach especially. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. Access to multiple beaches and an adults only pool.

This hotel impressed us a lot. One of the biggest advantages is that it has several beaches, and one of them was fully suitable for swimming which is actually not that easy to find in Huatulco. Thanks to its location, there were no strong waves there, and you could comfortably go into the water. The food was decent. I wouldn’t say I was amazed, but I also have no complaints about the quality especially after we stayed at another well-known hotel on this coast that completely disappointed us. After that comparison, I can confidently say that, considering both hotels had a similar all-inclusive price, this one is significantly better in terms of quality. I really loved the territory, it feels like a botanical garden, very green and beautiful, with plenty of space for walking. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll be getting around by golf carts. It’s good to know this in advance, as it might not suit everyone. We were traveling with two children, but since we were prepared for it, it was absolutely manageable, although, of course, with kids it can be a bit more challenging. Overall, we liked the rooms , they were comfortable and in good condition. I think the room location also plays a big role, as the hotel is quite large. Having an ocean view definitely compensated for the lack of a balcony and smaller windows. Still, I was very satisfied with the room quality overall. The staff were all very friendly, and the whole place felt warm, cozy, and welcoming. I really enjoyed our stay.

Kids club was amazing, staff was kind and caring. Beaches are great. Buffet choices were solid.

“Nature, beaches and good food”

The hotel grounds are amazing. It really feels like you're staying in part of the forest. There are a lot of different flora and fauna around. The food choices are good and the local town is an interesting trip.

The resort was nice, very clean. Food was okay. Bartender at the Mexican Rest. in the evening was 10 star +, mixed fantastic margaritas and chocolate martinis. Only complaint is that the rooms that you see on the internet when you are booking are definitely not the rooms you get.

Our room & view was great. The beach we used by the Mexican restaurant was nice and the snorkelling was very good! Unfortunately theloungers & umbrellas were very dated and worn out. They also need good sturdy chairs for people that can’t bend down low enough to get into & out of the loungers!

“Very enjoyable stay at big, well thought out clean resort with good service.”

There were several areas to sit for the pools & beaches. From an adult pool, activity pool & children’s pool to a few different beaches. There were two morning buffets spread out on either side of the resort. They had netting at restaurants to help prevent birds coming in. They also had carts running around to transport you if needed. There were a selection of a la carte restaurants. Our room was big & clean with nice view.

Playa

Excellent service, enourmous territory with plenty of things to do. Impressive coral reef, lovely safe beach, clear and clean water. Animals and birds and plants to watch without even leaving the hotel. The food is surprisingly good for an all-inclusive hotel. Fantastic gym with windows and great sports facilities. I also loved the fact that the hotel seems to be suppporting local artisans who are selling their products right there, quite discretely.

“Beautiful location, beautiful beach & sea.”

The beach is absolutely outstanding.

The beach was fantastic. Lots of room and loungers. The snorkelling just off the beach was wonderful. The rooms were large with a great bed.

Staff members are great Room is big and very comfortable The view from the room is awesome The resort is beautiful, the gardens are amazing Everything is clean There are 4 different beaches, in one of them you can get a kayak and pedal board for free. When you sit at the beach, the waiter comes and takes an order very often. Lots of game options such as Tennis courts, squash, pickleball, billiard tables, ping pong tables.

“A piece of paradise!”

From the secluded hotel beach to the large and comfortable room with a balcony offering a wonderful view over the bay plus a selection of restaurants be it buffet or set menu, I honestly liked everything there. Every staff member we came in contact with was so helpful and patient. I particularly remember Cynthya in the Bellavista Restaurant, and Ivan at Reception who were both outstanding by the service they provided, and the patience and attentiveness they displayed.

Reception have the worse service, rude and no helpful at all.
