“Ok compared to the others”
It was a relatively quiet/intimate resort. The staff especially at the beach were very nice and friendly. There was a good selection of food for vegetarians/pescatarians. The pool was nice and amazing views. The spa was relaxing- I came out feeling so smooth and clean!

“New year in an all inclusive”
The hotel is a small size resort, got a two bed room that I would find small for 4 people Their employees, most of them (reception people is drown in power) You can see a beautiful sunrise and most rooms are within the main jungle area so wild animals can be seen and heard

“Great. All around.”
Food was tremendous. Oaxacan food night was the best. Tlayudas were so gooooood. Beach was nice, path to top of the ridge was really beautiful. Henry the lifeguard was really nice and helpful. Showed me how to safely snorkel and see fish in rough waves. Juan and Alexis from the dinner staff were so professional and welcoming.

This hotel is extremely bad. We had a really bad experience and the manager, Leonel, didn’t want to hear from us and to recognize all the problems of his hotel. This hotel is absolutely not a resort and is not worth the price paid. We want our money back!
