“Good value for money”
The property was located about a 25min walk from La Crucecita Center and about a 15min walk from Santa Cruz by the beach. The rooms were big and airy and were cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet was really great, lots of choice whilst also keeping within the Mexican culture.

“Very nice, but couold be nicer.”
The breakfast was beyond expectations, and the staff wonderful. They knew we liked tea and brought us hot water without being asked. Also, the rooms are spacious; and the hotel and grounds are kept very clean. We loved the pool, which was mostly unused by other guests while we were there. This hotel has great potential but their "politica" is senseless.

“Sad but true!”

“Pleasant staff; lovely breakfast but low on the amenities”
Asked for a fridge...... none came. No amenities in room (coffee maker, only one set of towels; only three hangers; hot water in the shower was inconsistent.) But at least they had air conditioning!! Breakfast was very good!

The pool and hammocks are perfect for when you need to escape the heat. The view of the ocean is lovely. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning helped ensure a good night sleep

“A nice, comfortable room in a mid-size hotel not too far from the beach.”
The pool was great for cooling off after a walk around town or a change from the nearby beach. Room had both fan and air conditioning available and we used both. Slept well with just the fan going at night and the window open. Quiet room facing away from the street so traffic noise didn't bother us. Breakfast was included with the room so it was a buffet that was certainly ample but you can also order from a menu. Parking lot had plenty of spaces for cars. Lots of places to walk in the early morning and evening around the hotel when it's not too hot. We mostly ate around Santa Cruz beach since a lot of restaurants are there and we wanted to walk from the hotel. But there are other beaches that are prettier such as Playa Chahue.

“Good place in Huatulco”
Comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, good WiFi, nice pool, excellent, compassionate staff... particularly Chabely and her boss. My wife came down with an unexpected case of sciatica, and needed aid. She was met with genuine concern, and they ultimately helped arrange for a masseuse to come to the hotel. It's nice to get help when you are in need.
