I had a really great stay at Urban Anaga Hotel – the location is perfect right in the centre of Santa Cruz, so everything like shops, restaurants, and the main attractions is just a short walk away. The hotel itself feels very modern and stylish, and my room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. I especially loved the rooftop area with the pool and bar – such a nice spot to unwind with beautiful views of the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone who wants a central, modern, and comfortable hotel in Santa Cruz.

I stayed at Urban Anaga Hotel for just one night, but overall I had a very positive experience. The location is excellent – right in the city center, close to the bus station, port, waterfront, and tram, so it’s very easy to get around. It’s a perfect base, especially if you’re continuing your journey (we were going on a cruise and it worked out great). The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A big plus was the possibility to leave our luggage – part of it just for the afternoon and part for the entire week while we were on our cruise. That was extremely convenient and much appreciated.

“Great stay, modern, clean hotel”
Central hotel, walking distance to everything you would want to visit. Lots of nice bars & restaurants. Huge room, very clean and a comfortable bed, with nice bed linen. Fridge and safe in the room. Bathroom had a big walk in shower with complimentary toiletry’s. Roof top bar, with fantastic views. Chill out music and a well stocked bar. Receptionist was very friendly and professional. Helped with all our questions and requests.
