“Many things are down the hill from there :)”

-the size of the room, it was quite large, everyone could move freely -lockers with no additional cost, they are just under the beds -windows to the outside to get fresh air -tarrace is big -customizable curtains in bed (you can unpin an pin few centimeters further if you need) -the instructions and guidelines are very clear - how to get there, which bed, which part in refrigerator to use, etc. appreciate -quite few restaurants around, and markets, few minutes walk to port and big Santa Cruz text fountain -20 mins walk from bus station, and even less if you are late and run downwards to the bus station

It was nice and well decorated. Great facilities with many showers, toilets and a well equipped kitchen, also a balcony on the top floor. The location was nice, close to the walking street.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything. I really appreciated the kitchen facilities, which allowed me to cook my own food when I got tired of eating outside. The place felt comfortable, clean, and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable.

This place is the best hostel in Santa Cruz. Exceptionally clean they literally take off matress and spray every day. Owners so friendly and hear Warmling pleased to meet you. Bonus the chill out area the roof terrace always a bonus and of course where we all socialise great to meet people. Showers and toilets spacious and great to use. Location in a really nice part of town and 10 min walk to town.

Super nice hostel! Super pretty, staff was great. I arrived and I IMMEDIATELY felt home! 😍 At night it was so quite like there was nobody… We had a BBQ together with the Stafd snd after we went all together to the Burning of the Sardine Parade 😊 Beds are super comfy, Bath is nice and kitchen as well. Also there is a nice Rooftop! PERFECT STAY! 🩷

“Beautiful encounters, amazing atmosphere”

I felt like at home. Franco & the Italians are the best volunteers you could wish for when you travel alone! The hostel is beautiful, the bathroom and the kitchen are huge and clean. The big lockers under beds are truly a great idea to keep your stuff safe and the room clean for everyone. The rooftop is amazing for "aperitivo"/"apéro" time 🍺 Thank you again 🤍

“Comfortable hostel in lovely neighbourhood”

Location and kitchen were great. Clean and tidy. People were friendly. I really appreciated the access to a laptop on this particular trip.

I am 90 years old now but still enjoy solo travel the staff were all helpful and if I can still climb the stairs would like to visit again great location

Friendly staff, very good location, clean rooms, nice kitchen and roof terrasse, that's a small, but very cozy hostel to stay in Santa Cruz, I can highly recommend it.

The property is located in an excellent area of Santa Cruz, with all services nearby and a beautiful park on the same street. The staff and volunteers are extremely kind and very helpful. The place is very clean and well organized (and the decor is really unique - I loved it!).

Large bed and locker, clean bathroom with hairdryer and several sinks, fully equipped kitchen, nice rooftop terrace, central location, helpful volunteers (more so than actual staff…)

The terrace and the kitchen both close at 23:00. Which means there’s no common space to hang out with people from the hostel later than that.

The rooftop terrace is lovely, the bathrooms are nice and clean, comfy beds, and staff is wonderful. The hostel has a homey vibe to it.

Everything was perfect! Very good conditions, clean and comfortable, and especially amazing staff — friendly, helpful, and always available. Highly recommended!
