I arrived 4 hours after the check in and my room was completely dirty, with old bed sheets and dirty towels, all broken. I contacted the owner and he was rude and unresponsive. I called him several times, his only answer was: complain with booking website. After almost 3 hours someone came to clean the room. I spent almost 3 hours waiting for my room in the sofa ..

Good value for money in an ok location just a 20 minute tram journey from the centre of Santa Cruz. Good value for money in that it was the cheapest properly I could find and it didn’t have any glaring issues with hygiene or comfortability.
