Situation - in a residential area 20 minutes walk to the city centre, near Rambla de Santa Cruz, beautiful local park, bars, restaurants and shops. Nearby transport - trams and buses. Well equipped - comfortable, tastefully furnished, full kitchen and utility room including a washing machine. Good WiFi / internet connection. Spacious and well laid out. Modern, attractive, secure building with proper sized lift. Very clean throughout. Good communication with friendly owner.

“Large flat good located”

Very spacious flat located in a good area of Santa Cruz, pretty close to center by walk or 10min driving to highways going either to Laguna, Puerto Cruz or South. Flat was well compartimented. Necessary amenities, the flat was fitted right. Comfortable for 3 people. Good wifi. Kind host responsive to our needs. Easy checkin and out, keys were in a keybox.

Maybe a second pair of keys should have been better

Very spacious and classy apartment in a very nice neighbourhood. Near park, tram and 25 minute walk to Plaza Espana.

“Great comfortable flat in Santa Cruz residential area”

The location is aprox 20 min walking downhill to downtown. You can walk through one of the most beautiful parks on the way. Taxi back home is cheap. It´s a quiet residential area. Parking free of cost, outside. Elevator to 1st floor. The flat is huge, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, one big living room, kitchen. All necessary appliances, perhaps a few kitchen things could be added, but there was a coffee machine w 2 pods, some spices, tea, etc there. Plenty toilet paper (appreciated) Wifi impeccable. Host (Ana) welcoming, punctual, and fast in reply.
