The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's easily accessible by public transport. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even though Milena (the owner) wasn't there in person, she always responded via Whatsapp. The room was clean and smelled nice, just like the bathroom.

Convenient location close to the centre, very friendly family run B&B. Room is spacious enough and clean. Having AC is suitable for hot summer days, and having a small fridge to store a few drinks is convenient. WiFi is stable, but not for heavy usage (Streaming). The bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. Breakfast is simple, but everything that is actually needed. Also, the kitchen can be used during the day/evening. there is an ironing board if required. It is perfect for a short stay for a single or a couple. If you're looking for facilities like a gym or a pool, I recommend using the public pool. Entrance, which costs 7.50€ per person and includes a sunbed open from 10-18. and have an outdoor gym section, and refreshments and snacks. Best value for money.

The hotel is small and simple - no frills. We only stayed a night and it was fine. Pleasant breakfast with the offer of cooked breakfast which we had on a tiny terrace. Nothing fancy but did the job.

Comfy bed, bright and tidy room, quiet neighborhood, but very close to the centre. Also, great breakfast and very nice staff.

Firstly, the great location. The hotel is very near the city center, but remains in a quiet area which is incredible. It is very clean, the lady who served us breakfast is so nice and generous, she would prepare us eggs every morning and tried to make us feel like home. Our room was floor 0 and we liked it a lot. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our holiday in Santa Cruz de Tenerife a lot. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The property was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Milena was a wonderful, caring, and attentive host—so warm and lovely throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and you must try the cake! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to get around. We had such a fantastic time and would happily return.
