The gym and swimming pool were awesome and really quiet. They are small but we were alone.

This apartment is PERFECT! I travel a lot around the world - I have never met such a host with such commitment. César This is a man who clearly deserves a diamond among the hosts. Thank you for everything you have done for us. Apartament It has literally everything you need. Including an iron, washing machine, toaster, and hairdryer!!! If I ever return to Tenerife, I'll be back at Cesar apartment :)

We loved the location and homely feeling of this apartment. It's a walking distance from everything in Santa Cruz and parking was quite easy in front of the building (for free!). There was a lovely cafe with good coffee, fresh orange juice and sandwiches right at the corner of the street. Several supermarkets were within 5-10 min. The big fruit and vegetable market is a 5 min walk just up the road around the corner of the house. And we loved the gym, swimming pool and sauna to unwind after a hike (which are open many hours a day btw!). The kitchen has everything you need, incl a freezer. The TV works great (watched a football match). The bathroom is comfy and even has shampoo and shower gel. The balcony offered us a cosy space for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Also what made it great was our friendly contact with the host, César, who welcomed us personally, showed us around, recommended us some fabulous places for a drink food and hikes, and who made sure our every need was met. What surprised us a lot is that it was always good weather in Santa Cruz whenever we got back from the foggy rainy mountains! A warm welcome back, every time! Price quality wise this felt like a good deal to us, and we would definitely come back to this place as a good base from where to explore the island.

Nice and respectful host, he always replied when we needed help. Accomodation location is close to the centre and to the bus station (with connection all throughout Tenerife and in Santa cruz ). Parking is free around the premises but there are barely any parking spaces ( a problem all around Tenerife) best to just use public transport because it is very very good! Apartment has pretty much everything you need ( kitchen utensils, hairdryer, clothes iron, washing machine etc)

Great Location. Walking distance to all local attractions. Very near to the bus station for transport to other towns on the island and a direct bus to the airport. Well equipped Kitchen. Great host who met us with the keys. Good recommendations given for local restaurants etc. Pool out of order during the stay but we were informed before we arrived and was given the opportunity to cancel our booking due to this.

Great location & a low floor so easy to go up in the lift or Stairs. Cesar was a really helpful host with lots of genuine recommendations & easy to communicate with. Gave fast responses in the build up to our stay Apartment had all the facilities for short or long term stay with supermarkets, bars & restaurants nearby

Great location, about 5-8 minutes walk from Santa Cruz Bus Station. Local food market about 3-5 minutes walk. City center with many restaurants 15 minutes walk.

Fantastic, thoughtful communication both before & during stay. Comfy bed & having a bath was great. Excellent location & loved having the balcony to sit out on, drinking coffee & listening to the birds. Food recommendations were top notch 😁 Would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the parking area is in front of the house and is free. You can get everywhere by foot, a lot of restaurants near the house... The supermarket can also be reached by foot. If you want to visit just Santa Cruz, you don't need a car ..

Super comfortable apartment in a very central location minutes away from restaurants and attractions. The facilities are excellent and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very helpful and friendly owner. Pool, sauna and gym are the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Location is great, near bus station, supermarket, restaurants. Very kind and helpfull owner! The appartment is very great equiped. I was apreciate that there was not only a washing machine but the washing powder and it was not necessary to buy it ! I washed my clothes, swam in the pool, cooked my dinner and mostly I enjoyed the stay there! I liked the green trees in the area!

A casual and warm welcome from Cesar - I got a lot of help through WhatsApp to get to the apartment. The spot is well located - 5 minutes walk from Plaza de España and the ramblas, 3 minutes from Mercado Señora de Africa (a cute place with a lot of little local shops and a supermarket), basically on the seafront… some restaurants and bar around… You can easily park your car in the street in front of the building, for free. The place is quiet. You have everything you need in the apartment and in the neighborhood. I could have stayed a month or more!
