Stunning apartment. Clean and very comfortable. In a very good location close to restaurants, supermarket and lovely park. Everything you need is in the apartment. Well equipped kitchen, good seating area and excellent separate bedroom. There is satellite TV and strong WiFi. The apartment has use of a washing machine and tumble drier. A secure parking space in the underground garage is also available to book for 10€ a night. Off street parking can be difficult, so this was extremely useful. Very easy check in and out. Would highly recommend.

The only positive note is the location, but it’s not enough to justify such a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend staying here.

It is a clean, modern and bright apartment. The location is good. It's close to a park, next to the Ramblas, within walking distance to the city center. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

“Great Location, Super Clean Apartments, but Poor Management”

The location is excellent, and the apartments are exceptionally clean. Just a minute’s walk away, there is a lovely pedestrian street, and within a few minutes, you can find several grocery stores. The WiFi is strong, making it perfect for remote work. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and spotless, and the kitchenette is well-maintained. The blinds are convenient to use. Additionally, the laundry room is well-equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron, which is great for long-term stays.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very clean and located 100 meter away from the next bus stop. There are supermarket, bars and restaurants near by.

Great experience! The apartment was really nice, spacious, with a good layout, very clean. The area is relatively quiet considering the location: around 15-minutes walk to Plaza de España. Great facilities, including a washing machine and a dryer in a separate room (basically, the accommodation has a self-explanatory name). Good Wi-Fi connection. Nice communication with the host team, quick and friendly.
