“Great customer service”
Hotel location was perfect, very central. We were able to check in early. Room was comfortable and modern, with a small refrigerator. There was a very large group of students staying at the hotel, they were noisy in the hallways. We asked to be moved but no rooms were available away from them (they were on several floors). But our complaint was dealt with positively, the noise level was much less afterward.

Hotel offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio and a perfect central location for exploring Santa Cruz. The only downside was receiving two single beds instead of the double bed we had booked, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay.

Hotel in a city centre, bus station about 15 minutes walk, port is basically right across the street. Very tasty breakfast, even if the selection wasn't too big. Bed was very comfortable and the fridge had two bottles of water waiting for me.

I like the receptionist Alberto, he works in the evening. He was lovely. The rooms were okay but I think the price it was a bit expensive for the place.

“Good value budget hotel in central Santa Cruz”
Great location. Had a 1 night stay before a flight & it was good for restaurants & trams. Very comfortable beds. Very pleased how clean it was . A fridge was a bonus too.

Location great, staff very helpful, room very clean, facility good. But beds cheap and uncomfortable, lack of sleep due to a continuous dull noise coming from an external extractor/aircon system.
