Finding the place was just as described by the host. Very close to the beach, constant sea roaring but otherwise quiet location. There is a small shop around the corner. Everything you need for few days stay is in this apartment, including salt and spices. Very good for the price.

The accommodation was super, there is pretty everything you need and even more (fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, shower gel and shampoo etc.). The host and his communication are great as well, they take care and give you all information needed. Highly recommended accommodation.

Staying at Victor's apartment in Mesa Del Mar was absolutely wonderful! The location, Victor's hospitality, and the local community made my experience so lovely. Victor was incredibly attentive throughout my stay, recommending great places to eat and always checking in to make sure everything was going well. He's truly a fantastic host! The apartment was beautiful, modern, and very clean. It had everything needed for a beach getaway, including beach towels and umbrellas. The TV had various streaming platforms for a movie night, but you had to use your own account. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, cooking materials, oils, baking sheets, pans, and seasonings. The bed was super comfortable, and there were additional amenities like a drying rack, hair dryer, iron, extra garbage bags, tea, and coffee. Victor really thought everything through to ensure his guests' comfort. It's no surprise that this apartment has such a high rating. I absolutely loved the view from the apartment - it overlooked the ocean and even a bit of the natural pool. I made sure to keep the windows open at night so I could fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. It was just perfect! And to top it off, the apartment window provided the most stunning view of the sunset at night, which was a huge plus for anyone who adores sunsets. It's nestled between a natural pool and Play Arena, just a two-minute walk away. The nearby black sandy beach is absolutely stunning – it feels like something out of Jurassic Park! I loved spending my days there, soaking up the sun and taking refreshing swims in the ocean. Victor had thoughtfully provided an umbrella in the apartment, making the sunny days even more enjoyable. Also, there's a convenience store near the beach entrance that has everything you could need for a quick getaway, from alcohol and ice cream to chips and condiments. If you fancy a short walk, El Pris is just a 20-minute walk away.

The location is a beautifully remote part of the island, with stunning views. The host was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean, modern, well furnished with easy parking.

“Perfect place with amazing beach and nature sights”

The property was sparkling clean. I had everything I needed: water, wine, 2 beers, fruits, snacks for breakfast, coffee, tea, condiments everything! The host was amazing, he helped me suggestions, places to eat and to visit. The location is also very good. 1 minutes away from the beach. I really recommend this place to everybody. It’s the best place for both location and natural sights.

Nice modern room. Good facilities. Excellent communication. Handy shop a short walk away. The beach had an awesome view of Teide.

The property was perfect, it is small but it has everything you need. Our host, gave us all the kitchen utilities needed, and also shower and beach towels. Furthermore, he was VERY nice and gave a lot of recommendations in the island

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view and sound of the waves! Great location, super clean studio equipped with everything you might need. Victor is an amazing host, he prepared some really good local guides with restaurant recommendations, etc. We will come back for sure!

“excellent location, host and apartment”

It is a great studio apartment, newly refurbished. the host Victor was very attentive - there was a delay in my arrival so Victor checked in with me a few times to check I am ok, he also checked in throughout my stay just to see how I am getting on. There were also a bottle of wine, water and some snacks left for me so it was a really lovely surprise:) the apartment is only minutes away from the natural pool and Playa de lea Arena. it was incredible to have a swim at sunset or at early morning hours in the natural pool. so if you want calmness, recharge and escape, this is a place to stay. also, there is a huge car park so have never had any troubles finding parking. the road leading up to is very winding and takes a bit getting used to but it is a good road and all ok!
