“Big spacious flat but a lot of friction when it comes to using parking space”

I like the location of the property in the central of town. The place is dated but is a big flat with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms

Lovely big apartment, modern in a good central location. It’s well equipped.

Nice place in the city center. Parking place is also included. More about parking in negative zone. Very spacious apartment, comfortable and cosy.

It’s a good apartment and well located. The fact that has 2 bathrooms was key for us. Also, the fact they offer parking distinguish them and you don’t need to be looking after one after a long day.

Very large apartment with 2 bathrooms in the centre. Parking place is provided in a garage at level minus 4. You need a browser on your smartphone to open the door. Chipcard to the garage is in the apartment. Parking on the street is very difficult. Good choice for some days to visit Santa Cruz but not recommended to use it base visiting entire island.

“Outstanding apartment”

This is an amazing spacious apartment not far from the city center, offering 2 separate bedrooms, living room + kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a giant hallway with separate laundry room. It is located in business/apartment center, so you have a supermarket on ground floor. It has all necessary utilities, including a complimentary bottle of wine. Great value for the money we have paid!

We liked the location, close to supermarket, eateries and easy access to the walk to markets and some of the highlight of Santa Cruz. The apartment was spacious the showers were fine.

I stayed for one night only and already recommended the apartment, it’s a great option if you wanna spend some days in Santa Cruz, everything is within walking distance, the fact that it has parking space helps a lot. it is very clean and comfortable. it has multiple rooms, the kitchen is very well equipped. we had wine, coffee and water given as a courtesy from the house. that was nice. the communication with the host was very good and efficient. they atended our needs very promptly.

The apartment was amazing, it was huge with everything you could want, and a complimentary bottle of wine and water was a nice gesture. The location was perfect also and the fact that it had a car park was a bonus too.

Big apartment, 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Walking distance to any part of the town. The included car park si a blessing. It easily sleeps 6 (with 2 in the living room). Rooms are big and the washing machine works very well. It is a lot of apartment that you get for your money.

on checkout, i had to return the parking keys to the flat - so had to park in a public space, which was a nightmar, plus roundtrip back to the flat. - picking up the keys was a bit big brother-ish
