The room was very clean and spacious, and we had a great time. It had a lot of cooking amenities, and we liked it a lot. We arrived a little bit early and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage and have a walk while cleaning is performed. Free coffee was a nice addition too

It was very clean, had a cool interior design, good-quality kitchenware, an elevator, a nice terrace, and the common areas were renovated and well maintained

Room was great. Smelled great. Very clean. Convenient transport links. Tram, and bus. I liked the neighbourhood. Felt secure and safe in the apartment. Nice roof terrace. Restaurants nearby. Large Aldi (or was it Lidl) supermarket further down the street for all shopping needs. Good kitchen and cooking facilities. Washing machine in basement. When they did come, the cleaners were superb.

Very nice apartment, super clean even the dishes in the kitchen. It also got cleaned once during our stay. The manager was very helpful, everything worked out nicely with checkin. The wifi was perfect for working from the apartment.

We were missing only minor things but those were easily obtainable, overall I think it's a great location and great apartment house.

“Bright and spacious studio”

Lovely bright spacious studio with a large shower. Comfortable beds and cotton sheets. Large sofa, a TV & kitchenette to prepare snacks. Great roof terrace with 365° views, chairs, tables, sunbeds, shower and toilets. Lift to all floors. Tram stop to the city and the north, and a local convenience store were a 5 minute walk away.

“Amazing”

The place is exactly like the pictures. The rooms are very clean and cozy, the bed and sofa are comfortable to sleep on, there are enough pillows and blankets, and there is air conditioning. The roof terrace on the top floor of the building has a great view. The host is quick to respond when there is a problem of any kind. I highly recommend the place

Perfect location, very close to public transport, 5 minutes and you are in the center of Santa Cruz. Easy access to the room, and found everything clean and tidy.
