“Fantastic apartment”

Location was great, easy access to everywhere. Market near, bars, restaurants. Apartment was full furnished with everything. Clear and comfy. The host, Yolanda was very gentle and helpfull. Definitely i recommend this, and i will be back again.

The location was very central easy walking to everywhere. It was very good for the buses and trams and had everything we needed. The supermarket just over the road was handy for fresh breakfast shopping and all food.

“Amazing”

This superb apartment is in a great central location, close to the bus station and shopping center. There are also many supermarkets and cafes nearby. I also liked the modern furnishings of the apartment, the very comfortable bed, and the balcony where you can enjoy the city views. I didn't find it very noisy, acceptable for the city. The apartment has everything you need, and the beer in the fridge was a very pleasant surprise. We had no problems or questions when picking up the keys, and the communication was very friendly. Thank you very much, we had wonderful time!

“Far nicer than I expected.”

A well appointed apartment with a balcony, kitchen and laundry facilities. The Manager was ever so helpful with my late check in due to a changed and very late Binter flight arrival. Even the nice touch of bottled water and beer in the fridge as a welcome! Ever so easy to access public transport, and walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. Great atmosphere. (Possibly change the coffee machine - it’s temperamental. I elected to buy ground coffee from the nearby Markets and make plunger coffee. Also maybe separate laminated instructions for the washing machine/dryer to assist English only types with the settings - I am from New Zealand)

Everything was perfect. Located in the city center. 10 minutes walk, there is a paid, 24-hour underground parking for a car

With regards to location to city centre, for some people ideal, but if you have walking difficulties it is a little up hill coming back, but taxi,s available everywhere. Took about 15 minutes to walk to main market. Fully equipped modern apartment. Good supermarket opposite the property, and a couple of local bars and eateries nearby.

Everything was perfect,this place is fill with anything you could want.

“Santa Cruz Central Location”

The location was perfect for visiting town for the restaurants, bars and cafes. We were visiting family nearby so had easy access to see them. Close to the new swimming spot along the coast. Lots of buses available to get to La Laguna. The local market was a plus with lots of fresh food to cook at home. We were able to make meals for two very easily. The bed was super comfy, slept well every night. The apartment was very clean! The living space and balcony were lovely places to chill out. We loved watching the parakeets and birds flying around. Supermarket across the road was perfect for supplies. The beers and water left for us were very appreciated!

The accommodation is very nice. There are everything you may need - hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc… kitchen with everything. The apartment is specious, the bed is comfortable, the terrace is lovely. Location is very good - nice neighbourhood close to the center. Hosts are super kind people. Neighbours in the building are kind also.
