“Nice stay but noisy”
It's pretty easy to get in the apartment just by coordinating with the person looking after the place by phone. The place is does the job and it's well located. It's tidy and there are plenty of places where you can buy groceries in the surrounding. The pool is accessible and well looked after and there is a great playground a little further at the back of the building.

Super nice well located and very good equipped appartment. Great for a short stay and a long stay also. Responsive and very helpful host.Highly recommend the place for future guests.

“Superb apartment”
Superb apartment! Close to parks, where I went with my toddler everyday. 2 supermarkets within 5 min walk. Very convenient!

Excellent modern clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need (superstores close by, bus station, pool), hosts are very nice and check-in and out were super easy.

“Perfect place to stay in Santa Cruz”
We had a really lovely stay in this apartment. It is very modern and clean, exactly as the pictures show. The beds are comfy and the air conditioning/fans in the rooms were great in the heat. The apartment had all the amenities that you would need and every detail had been thought of. The pool was great, really clean and quiet. The apartment is in a great area with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. It is a lovely walk into the centre of Santa Cruz from the apartment. We will definitely stay here again
