It’s a party hostel. The bass of the music is so loud that the windows start banging. The people who sleep there are not taken into account

“DO NOT BOOK HERE! THEY SCAM GUESTS!!”
I had an awful experience with this hotel in Santa Cruz! The arrogant receptionists made me pay 30 USD more than the room price that I booked through Booking.com. I paid cash in Bolivianos and only did the Math later. When I asked why they brought a lousy excuse, it would be due to the higher "exchange rate". This is the first time I encountered this at an accommodation in Bolivia. I read other reviews only after this incident and it is clearly a scam of this place and sharlatans! They shouldn't be allowed to list their lousy, rundown hotel on Booking.com. They do not offer any comfort whatsoever! The place is in desperate need of renovation. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

This hostel is very well located in the very centre of the city, so you are close to a lot of attractions. It has a nice vibe, for it has a lot of common areas and has a bar inside where you can have some drinks.
