“Okay - could be great.”
- The room was great - clean, quiet and spacious. Bed was super comfortable and shower was excellent - located in really nice part of the city. Great restaurants nearby and close to supermarket and mall - staff were friendly and helpful. - pool is nice and clean

“A brilliant hotel”
This was a brilliant hotel, clean and quiet. The staff and owner were superb. Anything we needed they supplied and even arranged a taxi when we were stranded in town. I would most definitely recommend and if we return in the future will book a room here again.

Tranquil and spotless, extremely comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating!

“Great choice for a short stay in Santa Cruz.”
I had a number of one night stays here in between various tours around Bolivia. It’s a Lovely small hotel with helpful friendly staff. Very clean. It’s in a nice quiet location but very close to the busy thoroughfare of San Martin.

“Not the Same”
I stayed at the same hotel a few days ago and rated it 10 out of 10. This time, however, the experience wasn't as good as the last. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. My room this time had a balcony, and unfortunately, the outside noise was very loud whenever a car passed by. One of the staff members (a young man) had poor manners and didn’t know how to properly deal with customers

Rooms are spacious and the location of the hotel is very near to many restaurants, malls, and shopping center. It's very quiet place even if it is just 5 mins walk from the main street
