All the staff members they were very nice and they were always there for me. •The front desk receptionists they were all of the very polite,they organised everything for me and they help me a lot on anything that I needed. •The Breakfast was really good, it was very tasty,the cooking method was amazing,Well done Chefs. •The kitchen porters was doing a great job as my plates,classes,forks and eating knives the were very clean. •The Housekeeping member staff they were doing a really great job as well,my room was always clean and that made my staying in the hotel better. •The Maintenance technician he came one time In the room because I didn’t know how to fix something and he fix it very fast,he was a young man I don’t remember his name,he was very respectful man as well. •The doorman was a respectful man as well and I want to thank him for his service by standing there for us. My staying is the hotel was a very good experience the people were very polite and made me feel comfortable. The hotel was good and organised. My room was big and nice I really liked it. And I would like to thank ALL the team members in each department for making my staying in hotel more enjoyable and comfortable.

A very welcoming foyer. The reception staff were good The best service was from the doorman who treated all clients exceptionally, he was kind and friendly.

“Large comfortable apart-hotel”
The apartment was huge. It had a large comfortable bed and the shower was hot. The WiFi worked perfectly for us. We had a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Unfortunately, high winds and poor weather stopped us from enjoying the solarium area, but it looked like a lovely place to relax. The location, outside the inner ring, means that you are a bit further away from the main attractions. This was fine for us, having visited Santa Cruz before, but it may be a consideration for other visitors (although taxis are easy to get and inexpensive). Overall, a good option for us to spend out last couple of days in Bolivia.
